Cotton / Kota Doria :

Gentle and breathable, our cotton fabrics are easy to care for. Machine wash with a mild or liquid detergent. To preserve color and texture, avoid direct sunlight while drying and dry in shade.

Chanderi / Maheshwari Silks :

Delicate and luxurious, silk requires extra care. Dry cleaning is recommended for best results. If washing at home, gently hand wash using a mild or liquid detergent. Always dry in shade to maintain its sheen and richness.

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled while in transit.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on Wrong or Damaged products delivered. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. Kindly initiate the return or exchange request within 3 days of the date of delivery.

2. For Damaged goods received, an unpacking video of the shall be required as a Standard Operating Procedure.

3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
