Before you return a Fabric Studio product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India, which makes each piece unique and slightly different from the others.

Please do not consider irregular weaves, prints, or stitches as defects. Handloom products, by definition, come with a beautiful uncertainty in uniformity. Despite these variations, at Fabric Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will replace the product free of cost.

Kindly read the return & exchange policies below before initiating a return. Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be applicable for non-returnable items unless there is a defect or a mismatch with the product description.

Reverse Pick-Up Policy

We aim to provide a simple and hassle-free return experience. Our customers are valued not just at the time of purchase, but throughout the return and refund process.

• Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  
• Please mention your order number in the subject line for faster processing.
  
• Returned items must be:
  
  Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  In saleable condition with original packaging and tags
  
• Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  
• For exchanges, the new product will be dispatched within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  
• Reverse pickup is not available. Customers must courier the product to the address below.
  

Return / Exchange Policy

Fabric Studio reserves the right to reject returns in cases of frequent returns by a customer.

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided customer service is informed within 48 hours.
  
• A credit note of the same value will be issued, valid for 6 months.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• Sale items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

• Genuine sizing issues (unused garments with tags)
  
• Genuine quality issues
  
• Packages lost in transit
  
• Incorrect pricing charged
  
• Wrong product delivered
  
• Customer dissatisfaction (item must be returned with a filled return form)
  

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Minor design or color variations (common in handloom products)
  
• Package refused by the recipient

• No prior email sent within 48 hours with images and issue description
